Delivery & Returns

Payment
Payment may be made online using your debit or credit card.  When paying online, payment will be taken via our online payment system Netbanx, which will encrypt your card details and handle them securely.  Netbanx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).  They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

We also accept payment by cheque or postal order.  Simply post your payment along with your order number, to: Kelly Marie’s Dancewear, Unit 2 Fishers Yard, Market Square, St Neots, Cambs PE19 2AF.  Your order will be despatched on receipt of your payment.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within 48 hours of your order confirmation.  Although, the majority of our orders reach our customers within 3-5 working days, we do ask that you allow up to 7 working days for delivery to account for fluctuations in our stock replenishment deliveries. 

If you require your order for a specific date please make this clear when you order. 

If your order is out of stock with our supplier then we will email you with an expected date of delivery and you will be given the opportunity to leave the item on back order, cancel the order in part or in full or accept an alternative item.

Postage
Your order will usually be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.  Please make sure you arrange for your order to be delivered to an address where you know someone will be available to "sign for" the goods. If no-one is in to accept delivery, Royal Mail will generally leave a note requesting collection from the local Postal Sorting Office.

We also offer Special Next Day Delivery for all in-stock items for UK Delivery.  This service is only available for orders placed by phone to ensure stock availability.  Special Next Day Delivery is charged at £5.95 for any orders up to 25kg and any orders exceeding this will need to be quoted.  Please ensure your order is placed before 1pm for guaranteed delivery the following day.  Any special deliveries outside the UK are also available, however once again please contact us on 01480 477212 for a quote on the cost of delivery.

Alternatively, if you live locally, you can request In-Store Pickup.  This option saves you the cost of postage on your order if you are able to collect your order from our shop.  You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for collection.  Payment will be taken when you place your order if paying by card.  If paying by cash or cheque, payment can be made on collection of your goods at the shop.  Your order will be reserved in store for 7 working days after your email confirmation for collection.

For deliveries outside of the UK, orders wil be sent by Airmail and will take approximately 3-5 working days from confirmation of despatch.  Please ensure you select the appropriate delivery destination to ensure you are charged the correct postage.

If your order does not arrive within 15 working days after the expected date of delivery, we would ask that you contact us so that we can process a non-delivery complaint with Royal Mail.  Unfortunately, Royal Mail's policy states that they will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days from the expected date of delivery, has lapsed.  We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays from manufacturers or shipping companies and thus no refunds will be made for late deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges
Goods may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.  Please complete a returns form which can be obtained by emailing us at info@kellymariesdancewear.co.uk.  Failure to do this may result in your refund/exchange being delayed.

Only faulty items can and will be considered for exchange outside the 14 day period.  Goods found to be faulty on receipt or that develop faults after use, will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded on their return to us, providing the fault is not due to fair wear and tear or damage by the customer.  Some manufacturers will require inspection of the garment before issuing a credit.

Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund, unless faulty, if they are returned with the original packaging, tags & labels and in good resalable condition.  All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid.  We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels.  Postage is non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.  Standard second-class recorded postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.  We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.

An administration fee may be charged for any returned products with no exchange and the buyer may be charged the return carriage cost for exchanges.

All tights, body stockings, dance belts and socks are final sales.  Special orders, that are not a normal stocked line, can also not be accepted for credit.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

All orders are double-checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

Please take care when trying on items. Keep them away from moisture and grease. Do not remove any tags or labels unless you are certain of keeping the item, we will not accept them for return if you do. Try any footwear on a clean towel, as shoes that are marked in any way cannot be returned.

Printed items may fade with repeated washing.  We recommend these items be washed by hand.  Printed items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the tag is removed.

Please remember we are happy to exchange goods if these simple rules are followed. In short, please return goods in a condition in which you would be happy to receive them.

Prices
All of our prices include VAT where applicable.  Please note our online prices may vary from our shop prices.  In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.
